General policy
NOTE: Clients are required to wear underwear while in the treatment room.
Our Appointment policy
It is preferable that appointments are booked at least 24 hours advance, unless otherwise posted on facebook or advertised as short term availability.
If you require a same day appointment, you may call 07597491484 for availability
(2/4 hours advance notice may be required during busy periods).
You can book an appointment up to 12 weeks in advance.
We recommend new clients arrive 10 minutes before their session to ensure there is adequate time for paperwork and consultation before each massage.
When you make an appointment, the time is reserved just for you, to ensure you receive the full amount of time you have requested.
Cancellation policy
Request to cancel or rearrange an appointment must be received 48 hours in advance
by contacting Audchee directly.
Clients who cancel their reservations within 24 hrs may incur a cancellation fee (£15)
Clients should call if they are going to be late. Late arrival to an appointment may mean less time with a therapist. You may stay, but you may only receive the balance of your session and you will still pay the full price.
Audchee reserves the right to refuse a treatment for any client who is late.
No-shows will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Habitual cancellations may require a client to pay in advance for services.
Any deposit paid at time of booking is non-refundable.

Gift Voucher policy
All Vouchers are valid from date of purchase with the expiry date clearly marked on the voucher at time of purchase.
Vouchers cannot be substituted for cash alternative and are non-refundable.
Vouchers CANNOT be used beyond the expiry date shown.
Recipients of gift vouchers are advised to make their bookings as early as possible.
Bookings may be made up to 12 weeks in advance.

Gift vouchers cannot be accepted as payment for bookings made via third party internet sites.
The gift card can be redeemed against any treatment or service available in the salon.
We will not accept liability for lost, stolen, tampered or damaged cards.
Any Audchee Voucher gift card that does not have the staff authorisation is void and holds no value.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Exceptional changes in circumstances and situations do happen, and we will try to assist where possible. The ORIGINAL purchaser of the voucher can contact Audchee to request an
extension.
Any request must be made as early as possible and at least 14 days before the expiry date. Any extension if granted is solely at the discretion of Audchee , and further administration charge (£15) will be applied.
Gift vouchers and exceptional extension requests will not be honoured after the date of expiry.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Your personal details and data will not be shared with any external companies or passed on to any third-party business.
Audchee may directly contact you for marketing purposes, most likely via text.
